Show NOTICE TO WATER tlSEHS I The following applications I have been filed with the State Engineer to change and ap-j ap-j propria' water in Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations are SLB&M. I a -5272, Billy E. Baldwin, P. jO. Box 515, Cedar City, Utah, I proposes to change the point j of diversion, place and nature .of use of 21.0 ac.-ft. of water from a total of 1108.8 ac. ft. as ; evidenced by VV. U. C. 73-2051, ' the Cedar City Valley Proposed , Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a 16-in. well 297 ft. deep at a point S. 10 ft. and W. 1600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T31S, K10VV, and used from April 1 to Oct. 1 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 20!1.8 acs. but limited to 277.2 acs. in NVVUSEU, SKUSK'i, K'a-SW4 K'a-SW4 Sec. 30, NE'-i, SE'.-NW'4, SE'.-NW'4, E's SWU, W'iSE'i, Sec. 31, T31S, R10VV. i Hereafter, 21.0 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an 1 8 in. well 100-200 ft. deep at ,a point .S. 1200. ft. and E 860 iff. from NW Cor. The remainder of the right will remain as heretofore. here-tofore. a-5281, Russ Morgan, 3236 Brazos, Las Vegas, Nevada, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 10.0 ac. ft. of water from a total of 1108.8 ac. ft. as evidenced by W.U.C. 73-2051, 73-2051, Cedar City Valley Proposed Pro-posed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a 16-in. well 297 ft. deep at a point S. 10 ft. and W. 1600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T34S, R10VV, and used from April 1 to Oct. 1 for supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 299.8 acs. but limited to 277.2 acs. in NWViSEU, SE&SEK, EV2. SWM, Sec. 30, NE'4, SE'4-NW, SE'4-NW, Wy2SE14, ESWi Sec. 31, T34S, R10W. Hereafter, 10.0 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 10-in. well 200 ft deep at a point N. 1197 ft. and E. 2478 ft. from WU Cor. Sec. 11, T36S, R12W, and used for domestic do-mestic purposes of one family, fam-ily, stockwatering of 15 horses and from Mar. 15 to Oct 31 for irrigation of 2.21 acs. All as follows: 4 S. 1250 ft. and E. 50 ft from N!4 Cor. See. 33; 5 - S. 1250 ft. and W. 75 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 33, T34S, R16W, used as heretofore within NVV, SW, SEl4 Sec. 28, NEH Sec. 33, T34S, R16W. a-5287, Floyd J. Tucker, Price, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and nature na-ture of use of 5.2 ac. ft. of water evidenced by W.U.C. 73- 8G5, Cedar City Valley Revised Proposed Determination o f Water Rights, diverted from Urie Creek, from a point where stream enters SEMNEV Sec. 5, to a point where stream leaves SW!4NEVi Sec. 5, T37S, R10W, and used from May 1 to Nov. 1 for stockwatering 833 sheep, 3 horses, 16 cattle in SEV4-NE, SEV4-NE, SW&NE said Sec. 5. Hereafter, 5.2 ac. ft. is to be diverted from two unnamed springs located at: 1 - S. 400 ft. and W. 940 ft; 2 - S. 450 ft. and W. 930 ft., both from EY Cor. Sec. 5, T37S, R10W, and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of 15 families in vacation vaca-tion homes within SMsNEM said Sec. 5. 38320 (19-87) Carlisle W. Hu-let, Hu-let, Summit, Utah. 6.0 sec. ft. of water from any, each or all deep at points: 1 - N. 1100 of six 12-in wpllo 100.400 ft uses in SE&NW& said Sec. 11. The remainder of the right will remain as heretofore. a-5286, Clare L. Reber, Santa Clara,-- - Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1546.55 ac. ft. of water evidenced by W. U.C. 71-306, 71-1351, 71-1414, 71-1798, 71-1860, 71-1865, Es-calante Es-calante Valley Proposed Determination De-termination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from three wells as follows: 1 - 71-1798 and 71-1860, .a 16-in. well 146 ft. deeD at a point N. 2820 ft. and E. 440 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 28; 2 -71-306, 71-1351 and 71-1865, a 12-in. well 98 ft. deep at a point N. 75 ft. and E. 2740 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 28; 3 -71-1414, a 16-in. well 293 ft. deep at a point N. 75 ft and E. 385 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 28, T34S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation irriga-tion of 384.5 acs. W.U.C. 71-1351 71-1351 and 71-1414 have been used for stockwatering of 300 cattle, 15 swine, 3 horses. All uses have been in NW, SWY, SEVi said Sec. 28. Hereafter, 1546.66 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from any, each or all of five wells; 's 1, 2, and 3 to be heretofore hereto-fore described, 's 4 and 5 to be 16-in. diam. 250-300 ft. deep ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 22; 2 N. 660 ft. and W. 300 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 22; 3 N. 1500 ft. and E. 1500 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 23; 4 - S. 1000 ft. and W. 200 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 23; 5 - S. 1900 ft. and E 500 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 23; 6 - S. 200 ft. and W. 800 ft. from EYa, Cor. Sec. 23; all of T32S, R19W. The water is to be used for domestic purposes of two families, stockwatering of 400 cattle, 10 horses, and from April Ap-ril 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 600 acres. All uses in EYz Sec. 22, Sec. 23, WV2NW, WV2-SWii WV2-SWii Sec. 24, T32S, R19W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before October 7, 1967.
