Williams, Jerald Dale Roundy United in St. George LDS Temple Rites Miss Brenda J. Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gor-don Gor-don Williams and Jerald Dale Roundy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil L. Roundy were united in marriage on July 19 in the St. George LDS Temple. President Pres-ident Rudger Atkin officiated at the double ring ceremony. Both the bride and bridegroom are natives of Cedar City. The newlyweds were honored honor-ed at a reception on the evening even-ing of July 19 at the Cedar 5th Ward Church. The color scheme of pastel colors of blue, pink, yellow, green and white was carried out in the decorations, dresses and flowers. flow-ers. The bride wore a gown of silk organza featuring a bodice bod-ice of hand clipped Chantilly lace, a sabrina neckline and long sleeves. The skirt was accented with inserts of Chantilly Chan-tilly lace and billowed out from a tiny waist into a brush sweep train. The finger tip veil was attached to a crown of lace and pearls, and she carried a bouauet of earden- groom danced. In addition to the reception the newlyweds were honored at a wedding breakfast hosted by the bridegroom's parents at the Sugar Loaf Cafe in St. George following the wedding. Pre-nuptial courtesies included in-cluded a Miscellaneous Shower Show-er given by Misses Linda and Lena Neptune at the Neptune home. The bride's going away costume cos-tume was a street length dress of yellow, green, blue, and white floral pring with white accessories. The newlyweds honeymooned in the Uintahs for a week. The bride is a graduate of Cedar High, has attended CSU for one year, and was Iron County Dairy Princess 1967-68. The bridegroom is a graduate gradu-ate of Cedar High and Ricks College. He also attended BYU for one year and has filled a Chillean Mission for the LDS Church. He will go to Fort Ord, Calif, to start his stint in the Armed Services in September. ias, stephanotis, and baby breath. Miss Verna Kay Winn, a cousin of the bride's from Las Vegas, Nev. was maid of honor hon-or in a street length dress of pale yellow with white over lace. The bridesmaids, Miss Lena Neptune, Miss Linda Adams, Mrs. Linda Williams, and Miss Wanda Slack, were in dresses of pink or blue with white over . lace. The dresses were adorned with Carnation corsages tinted the color of the dress. A brother of the bridegroom, Milan Roundy was best man, and a brother of the bride, Roger Williams was an usher. Mrs. Williams wore a street length sheath of mint green satin brocade. Mrs. Roundy's mint green was a two piece, and both mothers wore white glamelia corsages accented with green ribbon. Mrs. Sandra Bryant presided at the guest book and Miss Dona Williams acted as hostess hos-tess at the reception. The refreshments were catered cat-ered by Mrs. Wanda Cox with Miss Vilo Pearce, Mrs. Hilda Adams, Mrs. Lena Williams, Mrs. Helen Dix, and Mrs. Ruth Winn assisting her. Serving was done by Misses Gloria Bulloch, Joette Corry, Cathy Corbridge, Alice Hancock, and Carolyn Pickering. Helping at the gift table were Mrs. Dorothy Stucki and Miss Trudy Jones. Linda Baumgartner played the organ or-gan music. The program, under the direction di-rection of Master of Ceremonies, Ceremon-ies, Fay Parker.an uncle of the bride consisted of the following: fol-lowing: a vocal duet, "Sweetest "Sweet-est Story Ever Told", by the bride's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Winn; a reading read-ing by Lence Neptune; a piano solo medley of love songs by Linda Adams; and a vocal solo by the bridegroom.
