Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Gayle P. and Greta D. Wood, P. O. Box 474, Parowan, Utah have filed with the State Engineer En-gineer Ext. No. 220 for an extension ex-tension of time in which to Resume Use of 411.23 ac.-ft. of water in Iron County, State of Utah as evidenced by Underground Un-derground Water Claim 1227 (75-136), Parowan Valley Proposed Pro-posed Determination of Water Bights. The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well, 390 ft. deep at a point S. 11,85 ft. W. 240 ft. from NE Cor See. 34, T33S, ROW, and used from Jan. 1 to Dee. 31 for domestic purposes of one family and supplemental stockwatering of 120 cattle, 5 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for Irrigation of 118.70 aes. but limited to the sole supply of 110.0 acs. within the SEMSfi'A, SWUSEU, Sec. 27, NEUNEU, NW4NEU, Sec. 31, T33S.K9W, SLB&M. ' The water was last beneficially benefic-ially used in 1958 and a prior extension has been granted from July 11, 19G3 to July 11, 1908 under App. for Extension No. 157. An extension of time is now requested to and including in-cluding July 11, 1973. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 412 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84114, on or before September 14, 19G8.
