Show Basketball Clinic Ends, Youngsters Begin Golf Clinic With Ihe successful completion comple-tion of a basketball clinic con-ducted con-ducted by C'oaci Richard llobbs, a new clinic fur goll Is being announced. The clinic is slated to begin Monday, Aug. 5 and run each week day for a two week period, per-iod, Hobbg announced. The. clinic will be staged on the Cedar Junior High School athletic field formerly the High School football stadium. Clinic will be divided into age groups 9 through high school with, each group tp have an hour of Instruction each day. Hobhs announced the schedule sched-ule as follows: 9 year olds: 1 to 2 p.m. 10 year olds: 2 to 3 p.m. 11 year olds: 3 to 4 p.m. 32 year olds: 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. 13 and 11 year olds: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. 15 year olds to those not yet graduated from high school: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Coach llobbs has asked that those who have clubs available should bring them to the clinic, however, clubs and all other equipment necessary nec-essary will be furnished through the Iron County ?f'hrri niulrlot Coach llobbs indicated that 71 participated in the recent basketball clinic which was termed a complete success. |
