Show SUMMIT NEWS NOTES i Mrs. Donna Davenport The Elders Quorum sponsored a movie here Saturday evening at the Ward hall where hot dogs, candy and popcorn were sold. Sunday visitors at the Jay Davenport home was his father, Wm. T. Davenport of Paragonah; a brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Kay Hansen and son Mark of Salt Lake City. Another sister, Mrs. Boyd Robinson and children Allen and Holly of Paragonah Par-agonah also visited here during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fife and son Gillman traveled to Richfield Sunday to visit with their son-in-law and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. David Urie and children. Mr. and Mrs. Marc Allton and little daughter of Las Vegas were week end visitors at the home of Margies's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Farrow. Mrs. Violet Hulet entertained at her home here Monday for her sister, Mrs. Pauline Neptune, who was celebrating her birthday. Mrs. Hulet served dinner to the guest of honor and their other sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Matheson, Mrs. Alice Matheson and Mrs. Jennie Bryant, and a special friend, Mrs. Iva Cosslett, all of Cedar City. Mrs. Evelyn Clark of Hawthorne, Haw-thorne, Nevada, was a week end guest of Mrs. Helen Matheson. Mrs. Minnie Dalley and daugh-ter, daugh-ter, Mary Beth, were in St. George two days last week to visit with Mrs. Dalley's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hulet. Carl Walker had the misfortune misfor-tune to fall and break his leg last week. |
