Show 'infant's Last Rites I Conducted at Presbyterian Church Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed Monday afternoon in the Presbyterian Pres-byterian Church for Sheri Yvonne Stratton with Rev. Peter Pilot, pastor of the Assembly of God Church, Salt Lake City, officiating. officiat-ing. The infant is a daughter of Robert Lavon and Norma June Boss Stratton. She was born May 31, 1961 and died at the home of her parents in Cedar City Friday, Nov. 10. At the services a hymn. "Abide With Me," was played by Mir-'am Mir-'am McGarry. Scriptures taken 'rom John 11:25-26 ; 5:28-29 and ?rom Thes. 4:13-18 were read by Mrs. Norman Boss, Sheri's grandmother. grand-mother. Christine Winterrose j sang two songs, "Jewels," and "Does Jesus Care?" History of the child was given by Rev. Pilot as well as a comforting message. Norman Boss, grandfather of the child, gave a scriptural reading read-ing from Revelations 21:1-6, and the prayer was given by Rev. ; Pilot, Dedication of the grave at the Cedar City cemetery was by Rev. Pilot. Sheri is survived by her parents, par-ents, a brother, Robin; grandparents, grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thelmer Stratton and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Nor-man Boss, all of Cedar City; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Boss of Englewood, Colo., and Mr. and Mrs. Ward Pulver, Sedwlck, Colo. Relatives from out of town attending at-tending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Stratton, Pleasant Grove; Laura Stratton, Provo and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Maag, Heber City. |
