I Appreciation Certificate Presented to Elks In a special presentation ceremony cer-emony last evening, the Cedar City Elks Lodge earned recognition recogni-tion from the American Reu Cross. The Certificate of Appreciation Appre-ciation to the lodge was accepted accept-ed by Exalted Ruler Blaine Wood. Blood Procurement Chairman. ' George Barrus presented the award from the Red Cross. According Accord-ing to the chairman the blood-mobile blood-mobile has used the basement of the Elks Lodge as the drawing center for Cedar City and surrounding sur-rounding vicinity. 'The Elks furnished fur-nished heat, light electricity and the furnishings necessary for the drawing," caid Mr. Barrus.
