BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Cedar City Utah, that, in accordance with Chapter 11 of Title 15, of the Utah Code Annotated Annotat-ed 1943, theii is hereby appropriated the following sums for the purposes hereinafter set out for the year ending December 31, 1960.
