Show HIGH SCHOOL NEWS It Is announced from the Parowan Paro-wan High School that on Friday, Jan. 22, a student group from Brlgham Young University will be at the local school to present a variety show. This is an anuual visit of the group to the southern Utah area and the show Is always a very fine presentation. Townspeople and students are invited to attend at-tend the show, with the hour of the presentation to be announced announc-ed later. An exchange assembly was presented to the Parowan High School on Wednesday at 1 p. m. by a student group from the Milford High School, with the program being very entertaining. The Parowan school presented a similar program at the Milford school several weeks ago. Jerry D. Robinson, president of the sophomore class, announces that the annual Sophomore Sox Spree will be held in the high school gym on Friday night immediately im-mediately following the Parowan vs. Beaver basketball game. The public is invited to attend and prizes will be given for the brightest colored and oddest box combinations worn by those who attend. Assisting Mr. Robinson in nrenarlng for the dance are Kathy Nlelson, Janet Bess and Phoebe Bergstrom. |
