Show Concert Series Presents Mr.IgorGorin The Cedar City Music Aris Association As-sociation will present Igor Gorin, nationally famous baritone in concert on Wednesday, Jan. 20, affording a rare treat for music lovers of southern Utah. The concert will be presented at 8:15 In the College of Southern Utah auditorium. The brilliant baritone voice and great histrionic abilities of Igor Gorin have long given him a position of eminence throughout through-out North America In the fields of concert, opera, television and radio, and to be able to hear such a performer In Cedar City is a rare opportunity for people peo-ple who love the best in music. Mr. Gorin's extensive recital tours and appearances as soloist solo-ist with major orchestras have taken him to every state of the union, every province of Canada, Cana-da, and to Cuba and Hawaii. In leading baritone roles In such operas as "Faust, "Pagliacci," and the "Barber of Seville," he has appeared with leading opera companies from coast to coast, and is a favorite on f,uch radio and TV shows as "The liepnone Hour" and "The Voice cf Firestone."
