Show Bob Linford Chosen President at Junior Chamber Meet At a meeting of the old and the new of the Cedar City Junior Chamber of Commerce, elections were held to detrmine the officers offi-cers for the coming Jaycee year, according to Miles Morris, president. presi-dent. Robert Linford, popular member mem-ber of the board and the immediate immed-iate past treasurer of the group was unanimously chosen to head the Jaycces in the position of President for the coming year. Elected to assist him will be James Hoy le, Jr., vice president, and Klien Rollo, treasurer. Mr. Linford will choose his own scc-retaiy scc-retaiy to work directly with him during the coming year. Completing the board of directors direc-tors for the coming year will be Gam Hirschi, Linford Orton, and Jack Thuet as holdover members, Oliver D. LeFevre, Tom Brock-melr, Brock-melr, recently elected to the board for a two years term, and miles Morris as immediate past president. At the meeting of the group plans for a large delegation of Cedar City Jaycees to attend the State Convention being held in Vernal this week end were discussed dis-cussed with a fund outlined for the convention. Following this state convention the newly elected elect-ed officers will take over the reigns of the Cedar City organl-1 zation and outline the year's activities. |
