Show Leadership Meets Set by Iron County 4-H Groups A 4-H Club Leader training school will be conducted in Iron County on Tuesday and Wednesday, Wednes-day, May 5 and 6, announces Miss Fern Johnson, Iron County home demonstration agent. The first session of the school will be held at 2 p. m. Tuesday in the Cedar L D S Institute. This session is for the women 4-H leaders and will deal with specific speci-fic training in foods, clothing and home furnishings. Mrs. Helen Hel-en Jones will lead the clothing instruction, Mrs Evelyn Sherratt, food, and Miss Beth Talbot, home furnishings, at the Cedar City meetings. Tuesday evening a session will be held at the school house at Beryl, with both men and women wo-men participating. A feature of the entertainment will be a film called "Grass Root Ambassador", and dealing with the older 4-H activities and the international farm youth exchange program. Wednesday afternoon the women wo-men of Parowan will hear discussions, discus-sions, given by Mrs. Neta Jones, clothing; Mrs. Cora Ward, food, and Mrs. Leone Rasmussen, home furnishings. A meeting for men and women will be held in Paro-wan Paro-wan Wednesday evening. David Sharp, state 4-H club leader, will be in the county for the fvo- 'ay conference. |
