Show Frank Milne Elected to Club Helm By Kiwanians at Business Meeting Frank Milne, local m:i:iagcr of, the Milne Truck Line freight office, was elected as the fifth president of the Cedar City Kiwanis Ki-wanis Club at an election held Monday evening. He will succeed Dr. Rymal Williams as head of the organization on Jan. 1, 195G. The election was heJd in advance ad-vance each year so that newly elected officers may participate in a unique training session that originates with the International headquarters and works down to the local club level. The slate of officers elected to work during the coming year with Milne included Burns' Sher-ratt Sher-ratt as vice president, Eugene Woolf, Eldon Yergensen and Tim Clove,, two year directors, and Blaine Standifird, one year director. direc-tor. In addition to the selection selec-tion of officers for 1956, perfect attendance pins were also awarded award-ed by the club secretary, Rex Harris. 5-rear Award Lee Empey, a past president of the club, was awarded a five-year five-year perfect attendance pin.
