Show jCSU Changes Bring j Livestock Show Pen Difficulties Changes on the College of Southern Utah campus since last year has created a major problem prob-lem in staging the 14th annua Southern Utah Livestock Show, Kumen Gardner, show manager, announces. Corrals and pens for the animals ani-mals exhibited have been located in the past on the area south of the fieldhouse, but a new dormitory dormi-tory is now under construction on this area, necessitating moving j the pens to another section of the campus. The corrals will be located Immediately Im-mediately north of the show barn on the campus, and because of the location must be re-designed. Richard H. Leigh, chairman of the corrals committee, has beenS charged with the responsibility of preparing the corrals for the 'show, and announces that a gen- eral work day will be called some time next week to get the work under way. He urges everyone every-one interested in the annual show to watch for an announcement announce-ment of the date on which the work will be started, and to report re-port ready to help with the undertaking. un-dertaking. - The show will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 9, 10 and 11 which means that there is not much time left in which to make preparations for the exhibiting of the animals. |
