Mary B. Orton Wins A. L. Auxiliary Presidential Post Mrs. Mary B. Orton was elected elect-ed to head the Parowan Post No. 20 of the American Legion Auxiliary Aux-iliary at the regular May meeting meet-ing of the organization. Mrs. Orton Or-ton will take the place of Mrs. Zilpha Dalton, who has been head of the organization for the past year following installation rites sometime this month. Other officers named at the same time are: Mrs. Carmen Top-ham, Top-ham, first vice president; Mrs. Olive Mitchell, second vice president; pres-ident; Mrs. Fern Skougard, secretary sec-retary and treasurer; Mrs. Uvada Bettridge, historian; Mrs. Lillian Heap, chaplain; Mrs. Mary Stubbs, sergeant at-arms. Other outgoing officers in addition ad-dition to Mrs. Dalton, are: Mrs. Sarah Lowder, first vice president; presi-dent; Mrs. Pearl Stevens, second vice president; Mrs. Uvada Bet-tride, Bet-tride, sec.-treas.; Mrs. Lilly M. Ward, chaplain; Mrs. Sarah Mitchell, historian; Mrs. Minnie Lowder, color bearer, and Mrs. Bertha Mitchell, sergeant-at-arms.
