Show Tri-CitySUPMeet To Honor National Officials National officers of the Sons of the Utah Pioneers will be in! Cedar City as special guests of a joint meeting between the Cedar Ce-dar City, St. George and Paro-' wan chapters, on Friday, July 9, at 7:30 p. m., according to Wilson IS'. Lunt, president of the local .group. The meeting, a bread and milk affair, will bo held just north of the commons building on the campus of the College of Southern South-ern Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Alex Robinson Rob-inson have been placed in charge of the affair. The Robinsons announce the complete menu for the occasion as follows: Bread Ala Bring Yourself; Your-self; Milk El Con Cow-O; Onion, El Stink-O; El Bind-0 Cheese; Ala Alfalfa Bee Juice topped . with Wei Ala Night Melon. Special guests will include Richard Lambert, past president; Horace A. Sorenson, first vice president, and Ronald L. Kingsbury, Kings-bury, national secretary. All are from Salt Lake City. All members of the SUP chapters chap-ters in the three cities and their wives have been invited to attend. at-tend. They are also reminded that they should bring their own bread and utensiles for the affair. , In connection with the national nation-al visitation the officers of the local group have announced their annual election. Vying for president presi-dent of the Cedar City chapter will be Clifton Chatterley and Floyd Atkin. The visitation by the national officials was scheduled for the Cedar City group and it has in turn invited the St. George and Parowan chapter members to participate, par-ticipate, Mr. Lunt indicated. |
