Show KANARRA Mrs. Dora Duncan and daughters, daught-ers, Mrs. Al Hartley and Miss Leda Duncan and Emery Pollock of Salt Lake City were week end visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Sam L. Tollock. The Kanarra Ward held a social so-cial in the meadow Sunday evening even-ing honoring the three Kanarra boys who left Tuesday with the Nntional Guard. The honored guests were Clayton Woodburv, D;ile Chrlstensen and Kenneth Williams. A large crowd attended attend-ed and all spent a very pleasant evening. Mr. and Mrs. Fay Parker of Punguitch, Mrs. Sophia Stapley of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Fosh Williams Wil-liams and Mrs. Zina Pollock of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Dee "Parker and children Mclvin end Verden, Mr. and Mrs. Burns Parker and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Sabin of Compton, California, were here to attend the funeral services for Carter B. Williams. Mrs. Eloda Newberger of Salt Lake City is spending a few days I'ere with her father, George A. Berry. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Davis Attended the wedding of Mr. and Mis. Rodney Brown at Cedar City Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davies and son David and Bessie Davis are spending the week at Yellowstone Yellow-stone Park. ' Mr. and Mrs. Preston Williams entertained at a family gathering gather-ing Saturday in honor of their son Kenneth who has entered military service. |
