Show Notice is hereby given that Cedar Ce-dar City Corporation, Cedar City, Utah, hereinafter referred to as the "owner", will receive bids up to 4 p. m. of the 8th day of Sep-tember, Sep-tember, 1950 for the award of contract for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of a 2.000.000 gallon steel storage tank to be used for storage of culinary water. Such bids will be received In the office of the city recorder and will be opened and publicly read aloud ot the above time in the court room at Cedar City. Copies of the contract documents docu-ments are now on file and open to public inspection In the office of the City Engineer. Each bid shall be made out on a bid form obtainable at the office of-fice of the City Engineer. Each bid shall be accompanied accompani-ed by a certified or cashier's check or a satisfactory bid bond, payable to the owner In the amount of 5 of the bid. The check or bid bond shall be executed ex-ecuted as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the contract if it Is awarded to him and shall provide a surety bond as specified speci-fied within 5 days after notice of the award of contract. The owner reserves the prlvl-lege prlvl-lege of rejecting any and all bids or to waive any Irregularities or Informalities in any bid or in the bidding.
