Zions Motel Sold To St. George Man Zion's motel, located at 222 South Main in Cedar City, was sold Friday, July 6, to Richard Kunde, owner of the Colonial motel in St. George. The motel was sold by Nick Callas of Evanston. Wyo.. who had purchased it from Zion's Savings bank in Salt Lake City t about a year ago. It is under-1 stood that the purchase price at that time was close to $100,000.' However, a number of improve- j ments have been made and thp sale last week was for an undisclosed amount. I
