Show Parowan Stake Plans Fiesta Friday, Mar. 9th Everything is in readiness for Uie mammoth Parowan Stake Fiesta to be held at the First Ward Recreation Re-creation Hall Friday, March 9tii. The day's activities will include the serving of a chicken dinner, dances, old-time and modern, a bazaar and a huge auction sale. The Fiesta Fies-ta has been arranged as a means of raiding funds with which to build a Stake Administration build-ilng. build-ilng. j Serving of the chicken dinner In the Foyer of the church and continue throughout the afternoon and evening, making it possible for everyone to find a convenient timo at which to eat. The Bazaar will open f.t noon Inn the Foyer of the church and will continue throughout the after-1 noon with hundreds of valuable1 articles offered for sale. I This will be followed by a huge auction sale with thousands of dollars dol-lars worth of merchandise of all description de-scription offered to the highest bidder. A children's dance will be held from 5 to 6:30 p. m. and dancing will be provided for adults during' the evening, with old-time and modern orchestras alternating. Punch, popcorn, Ice cream, candy, can-dy, buttermilk and cookies will be! served throughout both dances. A Queen of the Fiesta will be selected by vote, and will be crowned by Stake President David dance. Each Ward has nominated L. Sargent during the evening a Cjueen tnjidldate and WU1 do everything possible to put' her on the throne. (The QiJCen will receive re-ceive a war bond and each contest -r.nt will receive a lesser prize. The candidates in the contest, are as follows: Cedar First Ward.
