The Redmen will be . fighting for a victory, first to tight-1 en their grip on third place, and second, to get revenge for a defeat I at the hands of the Parowan team I earlier In the season. The Cedar-Parowan game, to be .played at 8:30 p. m., will be preceded pre-ceded by a game between the Cedar Ce-dar and Parowan F. F. A. teams. This game will start at 7:30 p. m. Dixie climbed into a tie for first place in the Division by trimming I Hurricane by a score of 38 to 32 Friday night. The Dixie team lead throughout, but the game was close and the outcome in doubt until the end. The Cedar Redmen took an easy game from Orderville Friday afternoon, after-noon, winning by a score of 41 to 19. The Redmen held the visitors to three points In the first quarter and seven for the half and then coasted to victory. Orderville dropped drop-ped a game to Parowan Saturday night. The District title will not be de-I de-I termlned until Saturday night, however when Dixie plays at Par-I Par-I owan. Hurricane plays at Order-. Order-. vllle Friday and if the Typhoons win Dixie must beat Parowan to stay in a tie with the Hurricane j team. It would be necessary for J Hurricane to lose to Orderville, ( (which happened once this year) and for Dixie to beat Parowan for the St. George team to win the district honors. |
