Lunt Motor Company, doing business at' Cedar City, Utah, between the dates of May 18, 1945 and June 8, 1945, duly obtained and acquired a Mechanic's Lien upon one 1939 Nash Ambassador Six Coupe, Motor No. E-333947, Serial No. R334447. to secure the payment cf the sum of $575.00, the same being a reasonable rea-sonable value of mechanical work done and parts furnlsh d and Installed In-stalled thereon and for painting and storage cf said automobile by the undersigned at the request of the owner of said property, namely, Morton Soiref of 110 North 39th. Street, mollo, Nebraska; and whereas where-as the whole of said indebtedness rmealns unpaid and th? undersigned undersign-ed are desirous of foreclosing their said Mechanic's Lien upon said i property by advertisement, in accordance ac-cordance with the statutes of such case made and provided. NOW. THEREFORE, the said property hereinbefore particularly' decrlbed will be sold, pursuant to Section 52-2-4. Utah Code Annotated, Annot-ated, 1943, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on the 21st. day of June, 1945. at the hour of 10 o'clock A.
