Show "Messiah"' 'Will Be Presented Sunday Night Final rehersals for the soloists, chorus and orchestra are being held this week in preparation for the twenty-fifth presentation in southern south-ern Utah of Handel's "Messiah" which will be given next Sunday, evening, December 14, in the Cedar City L.DS. Third Ward chapel, according ac-cording to Wllllem II. Manning, director. A chorus of 125 vocies, made up of members of the Cedar City Choral Society and the glee clubs of the Branch Agricultural College and the Cedar City High School will take part In his year's performance, perform-ance, with solo parts sung by Mrs. Annette Betenson, soprano; Mra. Elaine Southwlck, contralto; Otto Fife, basso; and Herschell Neeley. tenor. The BA.C. Symphony Orch estra, under the direction of Roy L. Halversen, will eccompany the chorus. Tills year's performance will surpass sur-pass any previous presentations, Mr. Manning announces. Special settings set-tings and decorations have been planned this year which should add to the spirit of the oratorio.
