I ' I The Sheriff was over a few days ngo with a subpoena for Geo. N. Rhodes, who is to appear in the district dis-trict court at Dillon, Montana, and ! give testimony in a Government case. It is rumored that L. A. Thorley I has sold the "Hilcrest Ranch" which is located just outside the city limits. I We hate to lose Mr. Thorley and family fam-ily and our hopes are that the new-j new-j comers will fill the spot aa well aa ; Mr. Thorley did. . It is wearned that Cedar City is ! bein gvery ably assisted in the devel-j devel-j opment of the underground water sup-I sup-I ply by a government engineer, while i Stateline, Hamlin Valley and Sahara I people are taking advantage of the !
