Show p NOTES Saturday evening a fair-sized, enthusiastic en-thusiastic crowd witnessed the basket ball ;rame between the B. A. C. and Beaver. Needless to say, the B. A. C. boys carried off the honors, the score being 48 to 20; but in spite of the oneuidedness of the game, it was mush enjoyed. The Junior get-together party, given giv-en at the home" of Lucile Kunz, Wednesday Wed-nesday evening was very successful. Fortune telling and cards entertain , ed the crowd until a late hour. Punch and wafers were served. The first school chapel was held Wednesday morning. Mr. Dalley gave a most interesting talk on "Wonders of the Present Century." Two vocal selections by Mr. Frisby and two violin vio-lin numbers by Mr. Johnson completed complet-ed the much enjoyed program. The students registered in the normal nor-mal department, this week began the training under the critic teachers at the grade school. i'lie College and Fourth Year stu dents opened the dancing seuson at the B. A. C. Saturday evening after the basket ball game. The local quintette quin-tette and the visiting team were the guests of the evening. It was just the right crowd, the girls were charming charm-ing the boys wore gallant, the music excellent and everything went well and ended' happily. |
