Part of the water will be diverted from'Black Hill Wash No. 1, at a point whichjbears south 47 degrees de-grees 23 minutes east 1,942 feet distant of the south quarter corner cor-ner of Section 33, Township 86 south, Range 11 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. The balance of said water will be diverted from Black Hill Wash No. 2, at a point which bears south 34 degrees 26 minutes east 1,292 feet distant of the above described des-cribed corner. The water diverted divert-ed from Balck Hill Wash No. 1, Will bo conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 780 feet, and there discharged into Black Hill Wash No. 2. The commingled com-mingled water will be allowed to flow down said wash to a point which bears south 13 degrees 2 minutes west 863 feet distant of the described corner, where it Will be recovered and convoyed by means of a ditch for a distance dis-tance of 3,658 feet, and there used from January 1 to December Dec-ember 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in Section 33, Township Town-ship 36 south, Range 11 west, Salt Lake base and meridian.
