Show Notice to Water Userg. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 6, 1913. Notice is herflby given that James H. and William S. Dalley, whose post office address is Spry, Utah, have made application applica-tion in accordance with trie requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Lawn cf Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate two hundred seventy-eight hundred thousandths (.00278) of a cubic-foot cubic-foot of water per second from South Spring in Buckskin Valley Wash, Iron County, Utah. Said water willjbe diverted .at a point which bears south 81 degrees 25 minutes west 1,009 feet distant of the north quarter corner of Section Sec-tion 12. Township 32 south, Range 7 west, Salt Lake base, and meridian. It is the intention inten-tion of the applicants to impound said water in a reservoir, where it willbe used from March 15 to November 15, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. pur-poses. The .applicants also intend in-tend to appropriate six (6) acre feet of water, which will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, in-clusive, ot each year, in the above mentioned reservoir. The center of the impounding dam is the same as the point of diversion diver-sion above described.- The water so stored will be used in connection with the direct flow for the purpose above mentioned. mention-ed.
