Show The practice of throwing banana peelings on the sidewalks should be 'stopped. There is nothing quite so dangerous to pedestrians as a banana peel on a wooden or concrete sidewalk, and in the larger cities ordinances against the nuisance is enforced with the utmost vigilance, so much so that we doubt if one could find as many banana peels on all the walks of a city of 40,000 or more as may be frequently seen on the sidewalks of Cedar City by any one passing along Main street late at night or in the early morning hours. |
