IN THE DISTRICT COURT, PRO-batc PRO-batc division, in and for Salt Lake county, state of Utah. In the matter of the estate es-tate of Eudora Shaughnessy, deceased. The people of the state of Utah to Michael Shaughnessy, executor of the estate es-tate of Eudora Shaughnessy, deceased. Greeting. By order of this court, you are hereby cited and required to appear before Hon. William C. Hall, judge of this court, at the court room thereof, at the county court house. Salt Lake City, countv and state aforesaid, on Friday, the 2nd day of January, A. D. 1903, at 10 o'clock a. m. of that day, then and there to make and return to this court a true and correct inventory and appraisement of all property belonging to said estate, which has come into your knowledge or possession, and also to render an account of your administration of said estate under un-der oath, showin" amounts of moneys received re-ceived and paid out, a statement of all claims presented against said estate, and all other matters necessary to show the true condition of said estate.
