Show I LEADVILLE, COLO. I i 1 D. A. Murphy is confined to the Sisters' Sis-ters' hospital on account of illness. John D. Murphy has gone to Salt Lake City to look after some property. Miss Anna Murphy spent a few days last week in Canon City. After a period of suffering extending for nearly fifteen years, suffering which she bore with resignation and Christian fortitude, Mrs. Annie Kelly, the wife of Hugh Kelly of this city, passed to her rest last Sunday morning at her home, 120 Elm street. She had been a sufferer from heart trouble and nervous breakdown break-down for a long time, and although all possible methods were resorted to, including in-cluding a change of climate to the Pacific Pa-cific coast, there was very little im provement noted. During the past few weeks Mrs. Kelly's health had been rapidly failing, until Sunday morning, when death released her from her sufferings. suf-ferings. The deceased was born in Detroit. De-troit. Mich., forty-two years ago, and came to Ieadville with her father, Hugh Shclvey, in the early days of the city. Mr. and Mrs. Kelly were married twenty-three years ago. There are no children, and only distant relatives living liv-ing in the east. The sympathy of the community goes out to Mr. Kelly in his bereavement. |
