Dean Monaban, -who has been in the emfiloy of the Bell Telephone people for some years past, has been transferred trans-ferred to Bingham Junction, where he has been made assistant manager in charge of the exchange. Mrs. David Ramsey Gray was the hostess last Saturday afternoon at an informal tea in compliment to Mrs.. Charles Wilkes, who is here for a short time from Tonopah. 4 Mrs. Thomas Kearns has gone to the Kearns ranch near Santa Rosa in California. Cali-fornia. She will return near the holiday holi-day time. Captain and Mrs. John E. Woodward celebrated the ninth anniversary of their wedding last Saturday evening by entertaining about two dozen of their friends at bridge. Six tables were tilled with the players. Miss Mary Moore, Miss Marge Ellerbeck and Miss Mary Smed-ley. Smed-ley. Miss Elsie Hobba has returned from a pleasant visit to Butte. 4 Miss Gladys Hegney celebrated her eleventh birthday on Tuesday by giv ing a nox party at the Grand to several sev-eral school friends. After the matinee the guests enioyed a delicious luncheon and the evening passed delightfully with games and music.
