Show CHEYENNE, WYO. I r 1 Cheyenne. Wyo., Jam 10. Governor 1 B. B. Brooks took the oath of office Jan. 2 in front of the capltol building. J In the evening the regular inaugural ball took place the "guests being' re-' reived -by Governor and Mrs. B. B. Brooks. Mr. and M-s. Cyrus Beard and Mr. and Mrs. William Irvine. A dispute has arisen'5 over the election elec-tion of prosecuting attorney. W. W. Ross was elected over' Walter R. Stoll. Stoll. claiming fraud in . tho election, still holds the office, although'Mr. Ross gave his bonds and took his oath. The two men now hold :thei'same office and will draw the same salary until the dispute dis-pute is settled. ' The legislature bgan Tuesday, Jan. 9 10. All the senators and representatives representa-tives elected were present. The high school hours have been changed to the former ones again owing ow-ing to dissatisfaction among the parents. par-ents. The young ladies gave a high-five party Wednesday night in St. John's , hall for the benefit of the young men j of the congregation.
