Halloran was Tuesday afternoon elected president of the Com-i Com-i mercial club of Salt Lake at the""flrst meeting of the new board of governors govern-ors of the club. Congratulations were showered in upon the popular real estate es-tate man by his fellow club men all afternoon aft-ernoon after the announcement of his election.
