Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 31, 1931. Notice is hereby given that LcJand H. Kimball, whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inch, to appropriate approp-riate 20 c. f. s. of water from Twelve Mile Creek in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 1980 ft. N. and 2110 ft. W. from the SE cor. of Sec. 32, T. 19 S., R. 3 E., S. L. B. & M., and be conveyed a distance of 17,-800 17,-800 ft., where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st inch, of each year to produce power for electric lighting and propelling machinery ma-chinery in Sevier and Sanpete Coun-t'es, Coun-t'es, Utah. After having been so used the water will be returned to the natural na-tural stream or source at a point 660 ft. S. and 1050 ft. E. from the NW cor. Sec. 2, T. 20 S., R. 2 E., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in 'he State Engineer's Office as File No. 11172. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
