Show Baby Christensen Buried Tuesday Willis Dean Christensen, the 13-months-old baby son of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Christensen, and who died last Sunday following a week's illness, ill-ness, was buried Tuesday afternoon of this week. Services were held at the high school building and were in charge of J. A. Larson, bishop of the Hamilton ward. A large crowd of sorrowing friends gathered at the high school building and throughout the services were most impressive. Several appropriate musical numbers were given and the addresses given by the principal speakers, Bishop-Larson, Bishop-Larson, Austin Kearns and A. E. Parks, were words of comfort for the grief stricken parents and for the untimely un-timely calling of the baby boy. Willis Dean Christensen was stricken strick-en about a week ago with serious stomach complications. Everything possible was done for the sufferer but without avail and the little boy went to his maker Sunday. The shock to the parents was most severe and the entire community will mourn with them in their great loss. The remains were buried at the Gunnison cemetery and a profusion of flowers which covered the tiny grave, spoke the love and respect held for the baby. |
