One vehicle, hauling a trailer, hit a cow down in the canyon between Antimony and Kingston, ending the hunt for the drivers. JoAnn Allen Peters and two girls from Virginia flew in for a visit with her parents, the Phil Aliens. As her husband couldn't take much time, he will come later and travel back home with them. Ned and Coy Burr traveled to Salt Lake City last weekend for the LDS mission farewell for Bryce Nelson, son of Ray and Lisa Nelson, who will be going On an LDS mission to Omaha, Nebraska. This week the Ned Burrs will be up north as Kevin Blair, husband hus-band of Melanie Burr Blair, is being released from an LDS stake presidency after nine and one-half years." Burns and Mona Black hosted host-ed the Herman and Jane Black family reunion last weekend at the Rockin' R. All of Burns and Mona's children and grandchildren grandchil-dren attended. Both of the twins, Sanna Jane and Tom Bird and their family and Anna Joan and Sam McAllister and their family came. Also two of Noel Black's grandchildren came from New York and are up north visiting and getting acquainted with their relatives. Tracy and Scott Peterson of Provo were here over the weekend week-end visiting with all the family here and her sister Joann and her family. John Russell's parents stopped to visit over the weekend week-end and heard they had been in Cedar City enjoying the Shakespearean Festival. Amberlee Roberts is here and attended LDS church on Sunday with her mother Valeen, who gave the Relief Society lesson. The LDS High Council speakers in Antimony LDS sacrament meeting on Sunday were Royce Pollock and John Guillen. Van and Betty Wiley, Bill and Jane Wiley, Jeremy Wiley, Neil Warner and family, Pat and Nancy Warner and family, Marcia Tobiasson and Ginger Brindley and children joined the cousins' party in Mount Pleasant at the home of Tom and Sally East on Saturday. |
