Show Antimony News By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Our LDS ward Primary and Relief Society officers attended their quarterly Stake meetings on Wednesday evening in Circleville. Cir-cleville. Heather Allen, daughter of Shannon and Julie Allen was baptized bap-tized on Saturday. Julie had her parents, the Clair Furses here from Macon, Georgia and her brother Jeff and family from Kaysville. Beth Gleave has been 'having a lot of sickness and has been in arid out of the hospital. She is back to the doctor today. Verlene Gleave has been visiting visit-ing in St. George with her two daughters and families, Kristiana and Nedra. Her daughter Patsy and husband Wes Blake and family fam-ily of Richfield came up to visit. Reba Gleave and Verlene are going to Mesquite with the girls. Marcus and Marguerite Gleave went to Mesquite for two days with his sister, Irva and Pete Sudweeks. I'm sure there are some of us who remember Les and Edna Smoot and their children, R.L., Haws and Addie. Addie is living in Nevada and is quite ill. Both her brothers are deceased, as well as her husband, George Talbot and their daughter Edna Beth. Koami Delange attended regional re-gional school lunch meetings in Cedar City on Wednesday. Wayne Delange drove the Piute Pi-ute School bus to Delta this week for the Piute High School track team. Chyenne and Tulse Ricketts went home on the weekend to Las Vegas. They have been here two weeks while their school was out. We thought Max Ricketts was retiring this spring but he has decided de-cided to work another year so they won't be moving here yet. Recently, Nancy White's mother was here visiting from Texas. I missed this news when she was here. Garth Roberts has been busy doing his spring cleaning around his yard. The Grant Proctors are here from Las Vegas for a four-day vacation at their summer home. Karl Lowder of Washington City was here at his home for a week. He plans to go to Oregon and visit for awhile. Brenda and Lesa Hutchison are here from Beaver getting their business ready for the season. |
