Show WalkAmerica To Be Held In Panguitch PANGUITCH Approximately Approxi-mately 6,500 Utahns state-wide are expected to "walk for someone some-one they love" in the March of Dimes 27th Annual Walk-America. Walk-America. WalkAmerica is the nation's first, biggest and best walking event with more than one million walkers stepping out in more than 1,500 cities and towns in all 50 states. Utah will be conducting 10 walking sites this year. Over the past 26 years, participants par-ticipants have raised more than $800 million nationally to help the March of Dimes fund research and programs to prevent birth defects de-fects and infant mortality . Business and school teams are already signing up for the event and individuals may participate also by walking on Saturday, Apr. 26. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. at the Panguitch City Park and the WalkAmerica begins promptly at 9 a.m. Local country residents are encouraged to participate in WalkAmerica and can call Kathleen Kath-leen Cooper at 801-676-8320 for more information on how to register regis-ter themselves or a organization "team."
