Show Nine People Cited By Police Officers PANGUITCH Panguitch City Police officers Martin Nay and Kevin Moore cited six adults and three juveniles this past week in Panguitch. On Tuesday, April 15, at 10:15 p.m., Nay arrested two Panguitch adult males following citizen reports re-ports that persons were tipping over trash cans and throwing benches into the street. Arrested and cited were Aaron Redding, 18, and Mike Moree, 20. Redding Red-ding was cited for disorderly con-' duct and Moree was cited with disorderly conduct and tampering with evidence. Appearing before Judge Stan Foy, Moree's charges were reduced to disorderly conduct con-duct and falsification or altercation alterca-tion of government records. On Thursday, April 17, one 14-year-old female juvenile from (See Nine People Cited by Police Officers On Page 3A) Nine Are Cited From Front Page Hatch and two 14-year-old male juveniles from Panguitch were referred to juvenile court for illegal ille-gal possession of tobacco. At 1:15 a.m., Officer Moore cited Christopher John Perkins, 21, of St. George for driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license. Officers Moore and Nay also cited Anna Jean Yazzie, 30, of Panguitch for driving under the influence and disorderly conduct at 1:30 a.m. at Tod's Travel Center Cen-ter in Panguitch. Mary Jo Foltyn, 39, of Panguitch Pan-guitch was cited for public intoxication intoxi-cation that same night. Citations for public intoxication intoxica-tion and disorderly conduct were also given to Robert John Hatch, 34, of Panguitch at 2:50 a.m. by both city officers.. |
