Show Panguitch News By Mamie Talbot 676-8084 The warm days are bringing folks out to work in flower gardens. gar-dens. The birds are singing joyously joy-ously and begining to build their nests. Wes and Julia Hall have done alot of work getting their yard ready for spring. Marion Burgess' sister died in Las Vegas. He and most of his family attended the funeral. Larry and Janet Hatch Leatham of Ogden spent Easter with Bob and Ina Hatch Hanks and Leland and Donna Marshall had all their family home this month. The girls: Cindi, Sonia and Stephanie all live in Esca-lante. Esca-lante. Son Duke is working there. Eric Moore grandson of Val and Mary Lou Church has come to spend the summer helping at the Blue Pine Motel. Robert Miller has been working work-ing in the Salt Lake area for thes Forest Service. Rea Dodds had daughter Mary Jean Swapp and grand children here for Easter break. Tracy Hen-rie Hen-rie and family of Cedar City visited vis-ited his parents Steele and Ireta Henrie. Liege Moore, has been here visiting daughter Heidi and family and with his brothers and sister Kirk, Keith and Coleen Moore Orton. Panguitch LDS Stake Conference Confer-ence brought folks from all around the Stake to town, The Stake Center was packed with folks who not only enjoyed meetings under the direction of stake presidency Shannon Allen, Joe Black and Nick Reynolds but took the opporT tunity to visit before and after with friends they hadn't seen since the last conference in Oct. 1996. Wally and Lynette Orton took Alta Orton to Leeds where she attended a reunion and really enjoyed en-joyed seeing family from away back. |
