Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Garfield County Courthouse, at or about 55 South Main, Panguitch, Pan-guitch, Garfield County, Utah, on Friday, January 3. 1992, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of that day for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by Lynn S. Griffin and Judy Griffin, as Trustors, in favor of Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Association nka Olympus Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as beneficiary, in which Trudential Federal Savings & Loan Association Associa-tion was named trustee. The beneficiary directed the trustee to foreclose the aforementioned aforemen-tioned deed of trust for the purpose of paying certain obligations secured se-cured thereby, including the unpaid principle balance of that certain promissory note, dated May 21, 1979 all accrued interest to date, any late charges authorized by the note, and all costs, expenses, and fees associated with the preparation of this notice and the foreclosure sale of the trust property. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SIGNS IN BOULDER, UTAH The purpose of this ordinance is to preserve the rural atmosphere ana to protect the aesthetic scenic qualities of the area. H BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF BOULDER, UTAH: Section 1. Regulations Applicable to Signs 1.1 No billboards shall be permitted. permit-ted. 1.2 No off-premise signs shall be frmitted. No portable signs shall be rrmitted. No flashing electric signs shall be permitted. 1.5 Temporary and temporary political poli-tical signs snail be permitted for period of fourteen (14) days before be-fore the date to which the sign refers and must be removed within ten (10) days after the event hasoccurred. 1.6 Total maximum sign area of free-standing signs is limited to sixteen(16). square feet, and maximum max-imum height shall not exceed twenty (20) feet. Section "2. Administration 2.1 Business owners must obtain a sign permit for a new sign or any variance from the Boulder Town Council. To apply for a sign permit, per-mit, a business owner must have a current business license. 2.2 If a business license is not kept current, the sign permit lapses and any signs must be taken down. 2.3 The Town Council may order the removal of any sign which represents a hazard to public safety or which is found to be in such disrepair that it fails to perform per-form its function. The owner of a sign ordered removed shall have thirty (30) days to conform with this ordinance before removal remo-val of the sign by the Town. In case the owner shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with the notice no-tice to demolish, the Town may demolish such sign and charge the cost thereof to the owner. Section 3. Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance, including but not limited lim-ited to any exemption is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional un-constitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, jurisdic-tion, such decision shall not affect af-fect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
