Show vmw& mm By Ella Adair The Vemal "Bud" Mccham family fam-ily spent the Thanksgiving weekend with his mother, Margaret Mecham. Ann Griffin is visiting with her daughter, Gloria Hatch. The LDS Relief Society held their Christmas program and party last night Several out-of-town friends and relatives were in Tropic for Elizabeth Eliza-beth Barton's funeral. Jean Syrett had surgery in St. George and Shirley Haycock had surgery in Salt Lake City. The Clive Bybees had their family fam-ily home for Thanksgiving dinner. Mr. and Mrs. DeVar Pollock attended at-tended funeral services in Page, Ariz, for their nephew, Klyn Palmer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Verl Palmer. Mr. and Mrs. Tice Palmer visited vis-ited the Bart Palmers. Dallen and Kathryn Baugh were weekend visitors at the Matland Baughs. Darlene and Grant LeFevre visited vis-ited the Adrian Pollocks. Mr. and Mrs. Jared Barton, Logan, Lo-gan, and Mike and Connie Heap and Tom and Laraine Marshall, Cedar City, were visitors at the Berdell Bartons and attended the open house for grandmother Dorma Barton. Mr. and Mrs. Dar Smith spent Thanksgiving with the Earl Jolleys. The Ken Wintches visited sons Kenny and Rett and their families in Las Vegas for Thanksgiving, then went on to Orem to visit with daughter Charlene. LaRene Munson attended the funeral fu-neral for Ada Shakespear in Salt Lake City and visited brother Keith Ott in the rest home. Silas Munson Mun-son and daughter attended the funeral fu-neral also; Ada was his sister. Mae and Jack Chynoweth spent Thanksgiving with son Evan and family in Kanab. Visiting the Lester Clarke's were Mr. and Mrs. Sherrell Lamb, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Clarke, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Clarke, Mr. and Mrs. Rick Evans and granddaughter Camille Clarke from Alaska. Mr. and Mrs. Lane LeFevre visited vis-ited in Page with his parents and on to Parowan to visit with April's parents. Kaden Steve Pollock, small son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Pollock, received re-ceived his name and blessing in LDS services from his grandfather Afton Pollock. The senior citizens made a trip to Cedar City on Friday. Roderick Syrett is the new Young Men's President in Tropic LDS Ward with LaMar Feltner and Scott Barton as his assistants. |
