Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Dennis Ekker, P.O. Box 34, Hanksville, UThas filed with the State Engineer Appl. No. 55718 (95-1797) to appropriate 0.5 sec. ft. of water in Garfield County. The water is to be diverted from two, 12-inch wells, 100-1000 ft. deep, at the following points: 1) N. 400 ft. W. 300 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 27.; 2) N. 1100 ft. E. 2500 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 26; both T31S, HUE, SLB&M (25 mi. S. of Hanksville); and used from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 for mining purposes in the Henrie Mountain Mining Dist., at the Crescent Creek Mine, where gold and silver will be mined in SEU Sec. 27, SWV4 Sec. 26, both T31S, RUE, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before Apr. 25, 1981. DeeC.
