Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11654 (61-801) Bryce Properties, Inc., P.O. Box 477, Cedar City, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.0296 sec. ft. or 8.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 0.111 sec. ft. or 30.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 22196, Cert. 5085, (61-126). The water has been diverted from a 6-inch well, 310 ft. deep, at a point N. 1320 ft. E. 3560 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 2, T36S, R4W; and used for the domestic purposes of 90 persons, stockwatering 25 cattle, 4 horses, miscellaneous uses in conjunction with the operation of a sawmill, fire protection in SWV4SEV4 Sec. 2, T36S, R4W. hereafter 0.0296 sec. ft. or 8.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 110 ft. deep, at a point S. 150 ft. E. 150 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 2, T36S, R4W (3 mi NW of Ruby's Inn); and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 2.67 acs. in W4NWV4 Sec. 2, T36S, R4W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC.Ut 8411, on or before May 2, 1981. DeeC. Hansen, P.E.
