Students Awarded Traveling Trophy by Joanna Loria TROPIC Students at Bryce Valley High School were awarded a traveling trophy sponsored by Southern Utah State College at Cedar City and the March of Dimes for their efforts in raising $235 during March of Dimes week. The trophy, called "Make a Miracle Happen," was awarded after the students raised money for the March of Dimes telethon. Each class was assigned a different marathon. There were Kool-Aid-athons, run-athons, swing-athons, skate-athons and a basketball game between the varsity and junior varsity teams. It was a successful week for raising funds. |
