Show NOTICE TO WATEK USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11625 (61 area) Clem II. Church, P.O. Box 554, Panguitch, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.021 sec. ft. or 2.55 ac. ft. out of a total of 0.1715 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of John C. Miller Award, Cox Decree, pg. 20. The water has been diverted from Blue Springs, at a point S. 700 ft. E. 600 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 7, T36S, R7W; and used from May 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 6.851 acs. in SWy Sec. 7; SEV-i Sec. 8, T36S, R7W. Hereafter, 0.021 sec. ft. or 2.55 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep, at a point S. 500 ft. W. 420 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 8, T36S, R7W (1 mi S. of Panguitch Lake); and used for the domestic purposes of 9 summer homes, miscellaneous uses in a general store in E,4 Sec. 8, T36S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, Ut 84111, on or before Apr. 18, 1981. Dee C.
