They were on vacation touring the different parks and came to visit. The Lorell Munsons had daughter Maureen home for the long weekend. She has a full time job at BYU in Provo. Koleen Wayne and Cook Liston shared the visit of David and Marilyn Griffin and son from Idaho. Cook went to Richfield to see his colt run and it came in third. I-ee Liston has been transferred from St. George to Salt I-ake City to work with the inmates of the prison. Tom and Marilyn Jackson and son went to Ely for the weekend to visit his folks. Lorenzo and Ruth Griffin went to Provo for an appointment with his doctor who pronounced Lorenzo in perfect health. Lillie Spencer had grandson Galen Spencer here from Mapleton. Bill Romar has his wife Caroline here for summer vacation Mait and Nelda Spencer spent the long weekend in Salt Lake City with Lael and family. The Randal Lymans had son Blaine, his wife Candy and their tiny daughter here from California. The Arnold Alveys had daughters Raylene and Denise, Janeen and Brad Duncan home for the weekend. The county Golden Agers party at Wide Hollow Park was well attended. Ivan Willis was the fry cook and did a good job. There were over a hundred present The Walt Danes have granddaughter Julie Benjamin here vacationing. The Gene Griffins had Mark and Lori and baby home. The baby was christened Mckell Ann by the proud father. The son of the Marty Vidrines was also christened Ryan Christopher by his father and relatives. A former reident, Carl Christensen talked briefly. The family of Elise Ott met here for a reunion. Delmar Cottam is home from his teaching job in l.is Vegas. Jerrie Fackral of Panguitch called here and took deon Alvey to Boulder to interview Vivian Crosby on news items. Warren and Kathleen Woolsey and boys of Cedar City were at the Dale Marshes. The Loyd Alveys had daughter Chris home from Richfield. The Vernon Griffins had Mable, the girls travel together. Sherri Liston, Wendy Lyman and Charlene Behunin had business ir. Cedar City.
