Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-9537 (61 Area) Panguitch City, Panguitch Ut 84759, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 3.0 sec. ft. or 313.8 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River Decree, pg. 21. The water has been diverted from Three Mile Creek at a point S. 800 ft. and W. 373 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 7, T34S, R5W; and used for the supplemental irrigation of 104.6 acs. In SEV'4 Sec. 6, and NEV4 Sec. 7, both In T34S, R5W. Hereafter, 3.0 sec. ft. of 313.8 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 12-in well, 300 ft. deep at a point N. 150 ft. and W. 600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T34S, R5W (1 ml. W. of Panguitch); and will be used for municipal purposes within the corporate limits of Panguitch City. 48706 ( 61-683) James W. and Aurora Hackbarth, P.O. Sec. 28, T36S, RSW (E. of Hatch); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering of four cattle; and used from April l to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 0.28 ac. in NWNW Sec. 28, T36S, RSW Protests resiting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol.
