Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to exchange and appropriate water In Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations In SLD&M. Exch 927 ( 61 Area) Bart W. and Vera R. Mortenscn, 52 So. 300 E., Parowan, Utah 84761, seeks the right to exchange 3.2 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by 2.0 shares of Capitol Stock in West Panguitch Irr. Co., Sevier River Decree, page 21. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Lake Reservoir at a point E. 1900 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation. Hereafter, 3.2 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake at a point same as heretofore, and 3.2 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well, 100-400 ft. deep at a point S. 945 ft. and W. 1300 ft. from EV Cor,, and also from a spring at a point N. 1342 ft and W. 2959 ft. from SE Cor. both Sec. 31, T35S, R7W; and used for the domestic purposes of 7 families; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.483 acs. in NESEV, Sec. 31, T35S, R7W. 45628(61-646) Robert Walters, P. O. Box 396, Panguitch, Utah 84759. 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 6-inch well, 70 ft. deep at a point S. 850 ft. and E. 662 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 25, T35S, R5W, (near Panguitch); and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in NWV4NW4 Sec. 25, T35S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before January 17, 1976.
