Show 64th Anniversary, The Garland Relief Society celebra'cd thu 04th anniversary of the first organization organiza-tion in tilting style at the Amusement Hall Saturday evening, March 17, About 250 persons participated iu thu socJul which was a thorough hucccss from it 1 1 points of view. The affair was under the auspices of a committee consisting of Mr. nnd Mrs. Moslah Evans, Mr, and Mrs. D. W. Lewis aud Mr. und Mrs. Brlgham Marriott usslsted by quite k few others all of whom deserve praise for their efforts in making the affaJr so successful. The evening's eutertajumeut began with a program ami the following selections selec-tions were rendered: Singing Our God wo Raise to Thee, Prayer Joseph Jensen. Singing Wo Thank Thee O, Gad for a Prophet. Address of welcome Bp. W, L. Grovcr. , Song Miss Essie Evans. History of the Relief Society Secy. Eva O. Wilcox Instrumental selection J, II. aud Estclla Klrkbam, Address Object of Organization and Duties of MemberH Prest, Julia Bingham, Bing-ham, Follow lug the program came a feast of good things and if any one went awuy hungry it was no fault of the Relief Society or those who so abjy and willingly will-ingly assisted them. Then the older people hud thu privilege privi-lege of enjoyiug themselves in Home old fashioned square dances aud were quite disappointed when the Master of Ceremonies, Cere-monies, Moslah Evans, a'nuounccd that It was so near Sunday morning that the good timu of the evening must be concluded con-cluded iu our dreams.
